Got the wrong part, and after numerous phone calls trying to reach "The Real Sears Parts" dept, and only being led to unwanted Offers from companies Not Associated w/Sdars, I became really frustrated. Finally reached a Real USA based person, only to find out that the part I had is definitely wrong, and glad I had not tried to install it when I realized it just didn't look right. AND the fact that there were no installation instructions w/the part or in the owner's manual I had. Saying we were frustrated w/the costs of what we were told on the 3rd phone call, just decided to forget ordering from Sears. Found other alternatives online (which we didn't want to do). Hate ordering anything online, we are seniors and this is just not our way of shopping.
