No directions send with the product tried for two months to return in and get a credit but could not speak to a human and the automated system kept hanging up on me.

Blade Spindle
When I ordered the spindle it was back ordered and was not expected for approximately 2 months. It did come about10 days early which was great. During the wait time, I cleaned the tractor, the mower deck, changed oil, air filter, gas filter, sharpened the blades, leveled the mower and deck so that when the spindle arrived I could install it and be ready for the summer. I broke all four of the mounting bolts which was expected but there were four new ones with the spindle. I removed and replaced the spindle alone but could have used another set of hands to make it more efficient. I am very happy with the new spindle and the mower is cutting beautifully.

Well made for the price. Manufacturer needs to verify mounting threads are tapped. Had to tap the threads of the assembly before installing.

The holes were not threaded. I had to tap them myself. Other than that the part worked fine.

Mandrel pulley just ordered for this is incorrect
I would have selected zero stars if that was an option. It took months to come after I paid for it. Then when I tried to put it in, I discovered the pulley that goes with it needed replacing also. I just ordered that. But just discovered that the one on the webpage is not the correct size (6 1/4" OD), but instead less than 5" OD. So, I need to cancel that order.
