Works just like new
The install is straight forward with the help of many youtube videos clearly showing how to remove and install. I would classify the replacement as a medium expert level. Entry level DIYers would find it complicated. It also helps if you have a helper. The part works well and the dishes are clean. The same level of noise...which is very quiet.

Fixed my KitchenAid Dishwasher!
I had a repairman come out to diagnose my dishwasher that stopped washing, this was the part he said would fix the issue. He quoted me over 2 times the amount to fix it than it was to purchase this part ourselves and do the repair ourselves. We watched a YouTube video and followed along with that, it really helped the installation move smoother than it would have without it. Appreciated the great price and that the product was in stock. The regular shipping was surprisingly very quick as well. Hope this part holds up longer than the original part did, my dishwasher was only 4 years old when it stopped washing.

Broken
It arrived broken. I called and the CSR qS kind and said she would ship the broken part at no charge. I told her I thought she has the wrong part and offered to send her a picture. She said "not necessary" and assured me she had it right. Once the order was placed, I received a picture of the part I will be receiving. It's the wrong part. The amount of time this takes to get a dishwasher back in service it three times what was necessary had the CSR just listened.
