letting you know that the directions are on YouTube and where. I'll do it for them:

Sears, you've got good directions on line, make them easy for customers to find and I won't have to call someone to have them tell me. You save money, I save time, and we are both happier.
Once you watch the directions, it's reasonably easy to install. The biggest sticking point is removing it from the door. Essentially there are 8 tabs (three each top and bottom, one each on each side) and you have to at least push away the top three and on side to start the tray removal and then work your way around. The video suggests using a putty knife and this is a good idea. I did it alone but if you have an extra pair of hands to hold the putty knife while you work around the other parts you might be well served.
Once it is removed, it's pretty easy to put back in. My dishwasher was slightly different in the way the wiring was attached and I didn't have to remove the handle like it said in the video but these are trivial differences. Now that it's installed, it works perfectly and I am not aware of how long it was probably failing before I replaced it.
I think that anyone with even low repair skills could figure this out and complete the repair. The video is good and helped a lot.
