• Water-level pressure switch: Senses the water level through an air tube attached to the tub. If the washer overfills or doesn’t fill at all, you should replace a defective switch.
• Motor coupler: Connects the motor to the transmission in direct-drive models. If the washer won’t agitate or spin but the motor runs, replace the motor coupler.
• Lid switch: Prevents spinning or motor operation when the lid is open. If the washer doesn’t advance to spin, replacing the lid switch may solve the problem.
