Ease of replacement & cost
Fairly easy installation. Unfortunately, it's made from plastic. The original (plastic) one simply broke. Replacement was expensive for what it is.

You sent the wrong part! I told the person on the phone that I needed a part that contained tiny little silver beads! They were rolling all around in the bottom of my dishwasher and I didn't know where they came from! And they sent me that part that I didn't need! I had a maintenance call set up a few days later and he had the part I needed and installed it! It was a roller wheel that goes on the bottom of the lower rack!

The part I ordered snapped into place in just 10 seconds. It mirrors a piece on the other side of the dishwasher so it was easy to see how and where to install it.

Part was easy to install!
This part stabilizes the top washing tray. The old one somehow came off and melted on the heating element

Easy to install
I went to YouTube watched a video on how to replace the adjuster. I fixed it myself without my husband's help. Works better than new much sturdier. So happy it works great.
