Dishwasher upper rack parts
I ordered the adjustment parts over the phone from a "parts specialist" who had difficulty with English. She put me on hold at least 3 times looking up the parts. I received a bare rack no parts. I called again and spoke with another expert and he immediately found the correct parts. I next tried to return the rack and had great difficulty convincing the lady with very poor English skills to send me mailing tag as I still had the shipping box. The parts arrived over 3 days. 2 by USPS (1st and 3rd days). The 2 most needed parts arrived via UPS, but would not have aided me in completion of the assembly as 6 very small parts were not included Luckily I was careful in removing the original Ts and saved all the parts. Since there were no directions included with some difficulty and photos I took before hand I was able to make the repair. Maybe I should have let you make a service call.

Rip Off
Left side adjuster housing was $13.50 but right side housing, exactly the same part but mirror image, was $33.30. Absolutely no instructions, not in the box or on their website. Thank goodness for YouTube. I guess they get the stars for actually carrying the parts in the first place.
