We bought water filters for our under sink system. 2 sets were sent. One set was the correct one, the second set was not. We mentioned this to you on our last communication. However a greater problem that when we installed the correct replacement filters and connected the water system, a major leak developed causing a flood in our kitchen. My wife was on the phone to your company for a long time, where she was requesting some advise on what may be the problem, causing the leak and she had requested a return label to return the filters. We have had water purification this system for several years and have not had problems with leakage upon replacement of the filters. After a very long wait on the phone, it got disconnected. So we do not have a solution to the leakage and are unable to use the filters. Now, your company has sent us a set to replace the wrong set that was sent. We are unable to use these 2 sets of filters as there is a massive leakage in the system. There is no obvious breakage or loose connection at the location of connecting the filters. We need help with this, not replacement filters if the system has developed a fault.
