wrong part and phone agent not helpful to validate
I order a part for my kenmore dishwasher upper rack, where roller broke off holding pins. list of parts for unit found only one similar type of pin set, but it was the wrong part. Sears needs staff with access to diagrams who can direct/validate parts that apply. It should not require customer trying to figure out from long list of parts without place to see in diagram. I went with outside repairman who used universal Whirlpool part more heavy duty. Not good.
