Good value
I replaced my clutch on a 2004 GT5000 garden tractor with this unit. Easy install and it works as described. I used the new bolt and wire adaptor supplied in the kit.

Don't buy this part for Craftsman GT 5000
The clutch itself fit fine, but the rod ment to keep it from rotating failed the first time I turned the mower on. As of right now I have not been able to speak to an actual person regarding a return. I would not recommend this replacement part for anyone with a Craftsman GT 5000.

Second Time is a Charm?
This is the second clutch I have had to buy for my mower. The first came with no instructions for installation. Hence no instruction on how to install the stabilization arm. This aftermarket is different that the original OEM and there appeared to be no way to connect the arm. After about 3 hours of use the clutch twisted loose and was destroyed.

Horrible Parts Sevice
I had to order three kits to get one that wasn't broke. Meanwhile, I have paid for two and have yet to get a refund for the first one. I have placed several calls and received promises of making my refund a priority but I have paid twice the price for the part. I will never use them for parts again.

OEM Quallity
Same brand that came on my Craftsman Garden Tractor 12 years ago , they seem to have changed it up a bit. But included all the necessary hardware to install it . Works as it should so far ! Hopefully this one will last another 12 years ??
