It was what I needed.
It took a lot more time to install it. 1 Hour. I had to remove the Deck. The Carriage Bolt nut was stripped. I had to go to the hardware store to get another one. This mower is 98 model.

Perfect fit!
The deck was so old I had to cut the old bolts off so I was pleasantly shocked that the new part fit perfectly. Even all the bolt holes matched up perfectly.
