The hardest part is getting the blade nut off. If you have power tools it is easy. If not you need to be strong.

Easy to install and use
This kit is very easy to install. If you don't have a blade brake (which I don't but will be ordering), you can use a length of 2 x 4 to hold the blades in place. Removing the old blades and installing these was easy, and placing the cover over the outlet took a little bit of compressing and fiddling before it dropped into place. After the first use I made sure the blades were still tight (they were), and I've had no problems at all. With yard waste pickup suspended under the COVID-19 lockdown, this kit has come in very handy.

Once the bolts were removed no problem at all
At first it was nearly impossible to get the bolts holding the old blades off. Finally I oiled The bolts with penetrating oil let it sit overnight and used an impact driver for Lugnuts. At that point the bolts came off in three seconds.
