Mandrills are not threaded.
These bolts are 5/16 -18. If you are buying new mandrills (spindle assembly) you'll have to tap out the bolt holes prior to installation.

SCREWs for snow blower
I purchased 4 screws for $32.00. For our craftsman Snow Blower....( 2 screws to hold the handle on that you push the snow blower). + 2 extra screws just to have on hand......When we went to put the handle back on, the screws would not fit........So right now I am trying to find out how i return them for a refund.....I was on the phone last night, from person to person....number to number.... They told me to look in my E-Mail for instructions...That is how I found this in my E-Mail.... Saying to voice my opinion.......

screw didn't go in
screw was the right one per the diagram, but it didn't work like it was supposed to. A complete waste of money. Shipping was 3X the cost of the unit too!
