Broken Part due to poor packaging by sender
The part was poorly packed and I received the part with the corner broken off of it. Being as this is a board of circuitry, the board is now useless. I am sending it back and am hoping it is a painless process.

Bait and Switch
The sales representative assured me I would be receiving a brand-new circuit board however I received a refurbished one. I called after I received, and they told me they were out of new ones, so they sent a refurbished. Beware of bait and switch and look part over good for initials and dates to not fall victim of this scheme. They only offered to refund shipping cost or send back at my expense.

Easy to replace!
If your LED is going and hard to read this solves the problem. The new LED is blue instead of green and much easier to read. It is a quick simple R&R that takes about 20 minutes to complete. We had a bad LED for quite a while and then our generator caused a power surge during an outage and fried the PCB, so even though the burners still worked the oven did not. This fixes that problem and with the new LED it is like a new oven again.
