wrong part
I've called the parts dept.to order a mulching kit for my lawn tractor. The 1st time I received the wrong kit. OK, fine mistakes happen. Called in and they let me send it back and order the "correct" item. I receive the shipment and open the box to find a SINGLE mulching blade. NOTHING ELSE! I call back to the parts dept.and do the mulching kit run around. I'm told " I've gone into your order history and found one you ordered 3 yrs ago" " and is that the correct model for my model"? "Yes" I get the box and it's the same part I received the first time!!! I went to eBay, found the part after entering my mower model. Took me 3 min.to place the order.

Doesn't fit
The replacement part says its a direct replacement, but the plug does not fit. Blades were fine.
