Fits and works as expected
There's only one right way to install it, so it was easy to figure out (the finger grips on the side that faces externally helped figure that out, and are useful for ease of installation and removal.

Very unhappy
After an online chat in which an agent assured me the plug would fit my lawnmower, it arrived and did not fit. Extremely disappointed.

part was recommended by Sears - it did not fit!!!
The part did not fit - the guy in the online chat told me this is what I needed and ordered it for me. It arrived and it did not fit. We tried everything and then started googling to find out that this part number does not work with our mower. I am furious - we paid quite a bit of money for this simple plastic part. Now I have to bring this back to UPS to get a refund and have to go through all the hassle of this without me being at fault. Customer service should be able to advise you on the correct parts at least.....
