New replacement part does not fit the washer
The new replacement part we received does not keep the door latched. It is slimmer and slightly different than the original part from the machine. Customer service was almost impossible to get to.

Easily fixed the problem
Only needed large Philip's head screwdriver. Easy to remove and replace the (very old!) broken striker and attach the new part. Got to washing my clothes immediately!
