Can't rate it any lower. Service was exceeding slow.
The first part sent did not fit at all once it arrived (took 8 days to get here). I still have not received the email to return the wrong part, even after contacting you three times. You claim it was sent but is not in my inbox or in the spam folder as of yet - almost 2 weeks ago since contact chat #1. The second part took another 8 days to arrive. So over 2 weeks I had to go to the laundromat. The second part still didn't fit the door properly. I had to carve it to the proper shape to fit the indented receptacle on the door. And I still have to pull up on the door to get the prongs into the holes in order for the door to shut so the washer will run.

New replacement part does not fit the washer
The new replacement part we received does not keep the door latched. It is slimmer and slightly different than the original part from the machine. Customer service was almost impossible to get to.

Easily fixed the problem
Only needed large Philip's head screwdriver. Easy to remove and replace the (very old!) broken striker and attach the new part. Got to washing my clothes immediately!
