Hard to install with front panel on washer
Very hard to secure the inner boot spring withe the washer front panel. Remove the front panel before installing washer boot and retainer spring. Trust me.

hard to install, but works great.
my husband had to build a contraption to install the spring. It was difficult to install without having a certain kind of clamp. We tried different clamps, and they were too big, or were not strong enough, but he was able to figure out how to get it in without damaging it or the washer.
