Easy to install
There were no instructions attached, which is a negative; however, after watching a couple of Youtube videos, the installation was simple. The time to install the part - 15 to 30 minutes - includes the time needed to watch the video

big time easy to install. Took me 5 minutes.
I fhad to remove two screws from the inside of the door, unplug a wiring harnes and lift section off two plastic tabs that held piece in place. reconected harness placed door insert into plastic tabs replaced the two screws and done. took less than five minutes.

Not as easy as they say
The part swap was easy but this part needs to click into place once installed- at first it was hitting opposite door but then I got brave and forced it to click flat against attached door-voila-it's been working great since then. I was afraid to break it. Zero install instructions in part's box.

Easy to install
It was a direct replacement easy to install, after watching a You Tube video on a similar part replacement, because the replacement came without ID, instructions and was shipped without any wrapper to limit its movement within an oversize box.

Wrong part
I ordered a part from Sears direct. It was not the correct size when it arrived. I called the number provided to inquire a refund. I was having difficulty with the "print label" option and the customer service rep offered to have UPS pick up the part for a return. They never came. So I guess I'll have to spend another 40 minutes trying to navigate a return for an incorrect part.
