Other replacement filters did not work as well.....slow flow.

Poor Customer Care

First, I received the wrong filter. I called and had to return it. I had a very hard time understanding the operator. Next, instead of receiving my water filter, I received TWO of them. I called and the operator disconnected me. She was hard to understand. The next time I called I was told to return the extra filter. I asked to cancel my subscription. I had to call again to make sure. I was very disappointed with the service

Is it made out of gold or something?

Outrageously expensive for what it is. The auto-subscription is nice so I don't need to think about ordering one.

Overpriced but works

Feels like a rip-off for what it is. But at least it works!

Love the auto parts order

This auto order is very convenient. They notified me that it was time for the order. They let me know that the other had been placed, when it was shipped, its arrival date, and all went as they said. They did not place the charge until it was on its way. Thank you for taking good care of me.

Water Filter

The water filter is easy to install a d works real good.

Refrigerator filter

Worked fine, yhe last one was likely damaged since the light would not ever turn green.

Old refrigerator water filter

Although it's a new part #, to an old refrigerator, it fit perfectly.
