This switch arrived during the time given. It was easy too replace, however as before there were no suggestions as to how to remove existing switch. This is my second switch replacement. I see why the said its one of there better sellitems. They fail quickly.

Original Plus Two!
Shipping was fast ... installation easy (getting old one off was difficult) .... just disappointed that I've had to replace twice so far. They sure don't make appliances like they used to!!!
