This water inlet valve assembly (part number AJU55759303) opens to supply water to the refrigerators ice maker and dispenser. If your ice maker isnt filling, the dispenser wont dispense water, or theres leaking near the valve area, the inlet valve may need to be replaced.
The assembly includes the valve, mounting screw and water line locking clip for a secure installation.
Safely store any food that could deteriorate while the power is off and unplug the refrigerator before installing this part. Wear work gloves to protect your hands.

Easy to install but make sure it is needed
Easy to install but make sure there is not an issue with water lines being blocked or frozen. I installed but still could not get water to ice maker. I started checking all water line and found that I had a frozen line which I could not see. I used a hair dryer to clear and ice maker is working perfect. The valve was very easy to install and works great.
