Service man installed part. Right door lock was also ordered. Received LEFT door lock. Fortunately, a right door lock was included as part of the door gasket.

Quality part. Poor customer service
We needed to replace the rubber gasket on the LG side by side refrigerator. Having taken the old one apart, the job required the gasket, a reinforcement bar, and a CAM latch. The representative ordered all three parts. She failed to tell up that the bar and CAM were included with the gasket. We paid for additional parts we did not need and must now go through the hassle of a return.

quality less than expected
Fairly easy to install after watching YouTube video several times to assure understanding. Must follow exactly as illustrated - product had a few weak spots in gasket but not enough to affect installation and use - install took longer than expected due to my misunderstanding - should have been no longer than 30 minutes
