Perfect fit
I just. love the fact that I can get these parts for a 22 year old tractor off of the original parts diagram. The mandrel housing broke the bearings didn't wear out but getting the old assembly apart didn't seem like an option so I ordered new mandrel assembly which came with top and bottom bearings. Temporarily mount the blade and pulley and tighten the large nut to push top bearing in. Finish it off with gentle taps in a circle till it bottoms out. They even had the bolt I broke and the broken spring.

Cast aluminum part
Bring your own tap! This is a cast part and NOT threaded making a quick fix take much longer.

Mandrel Housing for 42" cutting deck
Casting of part was not good. Retaining screws all broke off in part. They were not over tightened.

great service
I was a little disappointed when I ordered the mandrel the first time. The rep did no tell me that the NEW mandrel needed self tapping screws instead of bolts like the old one. Once received I had a hard time paring the mandrel with the bolts and ended up calling your Parts service again.
