What a joke!
First of all I ordered the wrong size and getting something CANCELLED when it is on BACK-ORDER is a huge ordeal. Customer service can not cancel an order or give credit. I was told 3 to 5 business days for contact and it was 8. I put a dispute on the amount with the Sears credit card. The correct belt was ordered and received with no paperwork. The belt has been used and was not in any kind of packaging. I will NEVER use Sears again for anything!!

Great part, horrendous price- returned it
After having an issue in trying to order the part (was first told it was discontinued, then the associate refused to give me the part number), I ordered the part and was charged a total of over $95, which included $10 shipping. Once I received the part and determined the part number, I ordered the same part number online for about $10 with free shipping! Needless to say, I wanted to return the belt from Sears Parts Direct. It took me nearly a month to secure a return authorization and another couple weeks to get my refund (minus the original shipping charge plus a fee of $5.95 to return the part. Do yourself a favor - save time, and money with no hassles by purchasing your parts elsewhere. The belt I purchased for $10 looks nearly identical to the one that cost me nearly $100, and is performing perfectly.

As advertised great diagrams and mower reference
I appreciate the lookup by mower number/model or I would have ordered the wrong one. Deck drive belt fit and was easy to install. Of course I needed the more expensive one that was about 1' longer than the other option and twice the price but in the end I was happy it fit and worked well.

Wrong Belt for the 917.203800 Riding Mower
Purchased this belt from Sears Parts Direct. They sent me a belt that is over 101 inches long. After trying to install it, we found it to be too long. The belt necessary for this mower is between 96 and 98 inches long.
