Whirlpool EveryDrop water filter (part number EDR1RXD1) has NSF certifications 42, 53 and 401; it reduces lead and other metals; chlorine taste and odor; volatile organic compounds (VOCs); and some pesticides and pharmaceuticals.
EveryDrop water filter EDR1RXD1 fits select Kenmore, Whirlpool, Amana, Ikea, JennAir, KitchenAid and Maytag top-freezer, side-by-side refrigerators and bottom-freezer refrigerators.
Replace every 6 months, or more often if water flow slows noticeably.
Follow the package instructions when you install this water filter.

Item seems lije it's used
Item arrived in a crushed partially open box with the filter cap being slightly gauged and debris on filter canister. I installed it because we desperately needed a filter and it's hard to find authentic filters easily.

filtered water drinker
Don't purchase using a tablet, the order could mess up. Using Sears Your Way points was messed up. Then someone cancelled the order. Then, I got a phone call they were in store for pick up. Should I drive an hour for nothing again?

Water filter replacement
After waiting 6 weeks for a water filter for my refrigerator/freezer, when it came it was defective. Water spewed all over the floor when I tried to install it. I called for a replacement and it arrived 5 days later. I returned the defective filter and was promptly issued a refund. Not sure what took so long the first time (supply line problems?) but the issue was taken care of promptly. Thank you.

No customer service available
I do not live in the house that the fridge is in anymore. I cannot find anyway to cancel the automatic shipment. The new owner of the house I presume is just opening and using the filter, on me. All I want is to cancel the automatic shipment.
