Looks like this item has been updated over the years it's no longer a triangle with wheels on it it's more of a hexagon with wheels on it, there was a flaw in the mold of part needed sanding other than that it works fine

Not as pictured
Although tray support fits perfect, the item was not as pictured and had a ring around outside edge, perhaps to support the glass tray better? The model number on box was correct but apparently there are two different styles with same model number??

Better than original
The Turntable Tray Support ordered was to replace the original one that came with the microwave that was broken on the center insert. The (initial) shipment came with a flimsy box and so the part arrived not unexpectedly broken. The request for order replacement was processed swiftly.

Call center helped me find the right part
I like the upgraded design on the new part. Hopefully the new design will make it last longer. I think the shipping cost were way too high though.
