WRONG part
The knob is the wrong color. I wanted and ordered a bisque colored knob. When I put in the part bisque knob part number, the system indicated there was a new part number. It never indicated the part was going to be white instead. I plan on returning the knob.

Impossible: Knob removal
We cannot figure out how to remove the old knob and install the new one. Can you send us a video on how to accomplish this.

Not easy to install.
They do not send any installation instructions with the timer knob. I did not know that I was ordering a puzzle piece for me to fiqure how to make it fit. Very dissapointed.

Easy to install once I figured it out
Snapped right in. Just push the little button in on stem the black back pops right off. Make sure you pull it straight off so as not to break the stem. Push the new knob on till you hear the stem button pop back out and you are ready go. Took a minute of studying it to figure out. No instructions included. But worked very well.
