dishwasher door latch
Searspartsdirect.com sent me the wrong part. It wasn't even for a dishwasher. It was an rlectric burner for a stove. Had to go to the next town over to send it back to them via ups. Should have tossed it instead. Took another week to get the correct part. After I received it and installed it, I then received another email saying my part has been shipped and I should have it tomorrow, the 9th. If I get a 2nd part, I will not bother sending it back.

Stear Clear
Horrible experience. Not once. Not twice. Not three times. Not four times but 5 times before ANYTHING was done to correct my order. From extremely irresponsible customer service to a who cares attitude from everyone I came in contact with, at the company. No wonder Sears is going out of business. Purely Shameful.
