Stear Clear

Horrible experience. Not once. Not twice. Not three times. Not four times but 5 times before ANYTHING was done to correct my order. From extremely irresponsible customer service to a who cares attitude from everyone I came in contact with, at the company. No wonder Sears is going out of business. Purely Shameful.

Very easy to install.

Only took about 15 min, had to pull the dishwasher out about 8", unscrewed the defective latch, installed the new latch, turned power back on and voile it worked

Took no special tools to install.

The part sent did not fix the problem. Everything was exactly as it was before. Upon hitting start there are three beeps.
