Easy to install

The control module was nicely packaged to prevent damage. It came in an anti-static sleeve. The board itself had a bunch of sticky coating on it. Perhaps this is so they can tell if you handled it prior to returning it (as it left lots of finger prints), or was just a finishing technique at the factory. I unplugged the old board, plugged in the new one, and before putting the kick plate back on, I turned on the circuit breaker to test, and it worked! Took me probably about an hour, only because I thought I had to remove the two non-rubber-washered screws too, and had a tough time before I realized I only needed to remove the screws with the rubber washer on them.
