Hardest part was removing the old back tie-strap
There is a youtu.be video that explains how to install this ice-maker, which makes it easy. On the video, they had trouble removing the old ice-maker's second tie-strap as well. I cut the old tie strap from the bottom to avoid damaging the wire harness.

Easy Replacement process
Simple process....Take screws out, pull out old assembly (struggled with the zip ties connecting the wires to the old assembly as there is not much space for your hands + tool in the box), disconnect wires to old assembly, connect wires to new assembly, place new assembly in the ice box, put screws back (5 total I think). 10-15 minutes. We now have ice again!
