Not what you see.
The rods are missing the horizontal piece that slides up and down on the suspension rod. The picture shows the right part but that isn't what they ship out. I called customer service, they reshipped the order and the second order was just like the first. They need to look into this issue and get it resolved so that the part matches the part number.

Zero Stars wasn't an Option
Chatted with Sears before ordering the part to make sure it was exactly like the picture on the web site. Their agent told me yes it was exactly like the pictures. When the part arrived it was different and not the right part. Would have give them zero stars on the review but it wasn't an option.

Missing parts
The suspension rods themselves were in great shape but every single one of them was missing the little white plastic collar that the horizontal shocks connect to. I literally had to round off the tips of the metal rods so I could get the washers off, put on the white plastic collar from my old suspension rods onto the new ones, then use my hydraulic press to flatten the tip again. Thankfully I own a hydraulic press so I could get this done. Without it, I don't know what I would have done.

Wrong Part
Someone had written over the correct part number for what was in the box with the part number I ordered. I shipped it back in that box so you could inspect it yourself. I reordered with the hope I would get the correct part this time.
