Problem part

I have had to replace this twice on my Samsung dryer. It is easy to access thru the dryer vent access plate on the back of the dryer. But I had to drill out the old rivets that hold it to the mounting bracket and reattach the new part to the bracket with cherry rivets.

I cannot complete this repair because the bracket does not come with it. You need to have a rivet gun to complete this repair. So now I must reorder the thermostat with the bracket.

The thermal cut-off fuse should include the small metal stand, that it attaches to. Otherwise, it requires removing rivets and riveting the new thermostat to the existing stand.
