Easy to install element
Easy to replace element removed bottom plate remover two screws and unplugged two wires and reverse order on installing new one. Took about 15 to 20 min.

Came damaged.
Unfortunately, the baking element came all bent up in the box. It wasn't wrapped in bubble wrap or any other protection... just in a plastic bag down in the box with a piece of brown packing paper. The box was all dented in and the element bent up rendering it useless. We called Sears and shipped the element back. They reordered the part for us, but am a little concerned the next one will come the same way. This is quite the inconvenience as we aren't able to use the oven.

Better than expected
The baking element for my Kenmore oven was exactly the right part. Turn off power. Remove two scews, unplug old element, plug in new element. Replace two screws. Turn on power, set oven to preheat to 350. Bingo! Works like a champ!
