Delivery issues
On 12/8 I ordered a glass range top to replace my cracked glass top. After waiting weeks subsequently finding out it was delivered to the wrong address multiple times I finally received the top in late Jan. Although it is glass it was not marked fragile anywhere on the box. When I removed the top to install it I found it shattered worse than the he top I was replacing. I contacted Sears Parts direct and was told I would have to wait until 3/3 for delivery. This was after explaining the previous delivery mistakes, dissatisfaction and requesting expedited delivery.

Not intuitive to install
Taking apart the range is quite complicated, but does only consist of screws and things that are easy to remove and replace. You need two people or mad skill to put it all back together and supply tension to get pieces aligned again. Took me 3 hours to replace and I'm very middle of road with DIY stuff. I'm sure someone more advanced could do it quicker, but if you are hesitant to take apart electronics, I would have someone else install.

Range top replacement
Part worked perfectly ,stove like new agian .would have givin a 5 star but first top received was broken had to return and pay shipping .
