Expedited order, condenser coils totally solid with ice, freezing most everything near coil. Defrosting with hair dryer does take time. Then the water drain has to be defrosted for several inches down the drain hole. Samsung has engineering problem with most all their refrigerators. The small defrosting tab that is supposed to melt/keep clear the drain is too small and can't keep ice from forming.(Assuming your defrost is working). A replacement part is available but manufacturer does not help after warranty expires. This is third time opening and having Ice mass. Replaced fan as last precaution and added copper wire to assist substandard size tab, following utube suggestion. Will be wait to see if anything worked to solve tbl.
