So I was on the phone with Whirlpool who didn't have any record of my fridge model number. All I wanted was an extra freezer shelf but they had no record of my model number and kept asking if I was reading the number correctly. I got on the online chat with Sears Parts while Whirlpool was "checking something" and the guy found my model number and the part number within two minutes. The online description of the part was actually incorrectly sized. The guy assured me that this was what I needed and said they would take it back at a full refund and free shipping if it was the wrong part. It arrived within two weeks and fit perfectly!

Took only about a minute to install - just slid it into place. It took longer to decide just where to put it.

The freezer-shelf fit right in, no adjustments needed. It arrived pacled very well and had no damage. Timing from order to receiving it was shorter than I expected. My only 'con' to this shelf is the price.
