Product for stand alone ice maker. Wish subscription would come ever 4 months instead of every 3 months. Product comes by USPS which is fine, however package is usually well worn.

Criminal...!
First, I've canceled this order years ago but yet I'm still getting shipments of filters. I don't even have the ice machine tied to the order. Second- Y'all are a bunch of criminals trying to extract almost $60 for each filter delivered long after I've cancelled. No excuses... stop the BS and honor the 'cancelled'communication

Wrong Part Twice
Two different times I contacted Sears Part Direct the first one was wrong it did not fit so I returned it called to resolve it they sent a second one and convinced me to get two as that would be cheaper. I said OK they sent those and they were wrong as well. So now I returned those and will order direct from Whirlpool even though I bought the refrigerator at Sears and they assured me their parts would work. Very frustrating and a waste of time and money.
