Arrived on time and very easy to install
First of all it arrived right on time!! It was the correct part and it was very easy to install, although there were no instructions I just removed the old part and that helped me identify where that washer went, anyway all is good and my weedwacker works great!!

Parts received not for the model entered.
The parts did not match the existing parts being replaced. I'm not sure if this has to do with purchasing the equipment as refurbished from a Sears outlet and the model # listed on the equipment does not match the parts catalog.

Long wait times
Took almost a month to get this part. At first the sent me a spark plug of all things. But, instead of rushing the right part they took their sweet time. Nice.

Much Better Than OEM
This is so much better than the OEM head and gearbox. While the original head is made of cheap plastic and came apart after less than a year of use, this new one is made of cast aluminum and feels so much more durable. All hardware comes with this and it fit my weed trimmer great. My only question is why was this part not used originally rather than the cheap plastic part?
