Product was broken

Cannot say since the product arrived broken. However, the product (lower dishwasher seal which is thin and long) that is very fragile was shipped in a bubbler mailer plastic bag. This should always be shipped in a box with lots of cushioning to prevent breakage. The vendor and customer both loose money and time when a poor job is done like this. I hope this is not repeated for another customer.

I received the part in a plastic bag, the part had spots that you could see there was stress to the plastic. Installed with hope to still work. Dishwasher still leaks
