As described but shipping not great
Easy to install but the '3 day shipping' is a complete joke. After 5 business days & no part I called customer service and they said it would be arriving the next day. Four days after that it arrived.

so far so good
I found a free washer that was missing the whole overfill switch mechanism. It was dented in front but otherwise seemed to be in brand new condition, so I researched the systems, figured out what all was missing and ordered it. It took them a week or more to actually ship after I ordered, and the shipping was pretty expensive (because it comes from the whirlpool warehouse for my washer, as I've figured out, you can look up the actual manufacturer by the first three of the s/n), but everything came in correctly and fit together in minutes, and now I have a new thousand dollar d/w for about a hundred bucks...finally, my problems are over for a minute...unless this washer sucks like the amazon reviews suggest.
