Door seal W10300924V seals the gap between the opening to the dishwasher tub and the outer edge of the door.
After installing the door seal, shut the dishwasher door and leave the door closed for several hours to properly seat the new door seal.

shorter than it should have been
Somewhat easy to install - difficult to tell which side goes in. Two days after the install,opened the dishwasher and the seal came right out with the door. Another 20 minutes putting it back. It is 2 inches shorter than the original. It works, but there could be better instructions and identification

FRUSTRATED
i'VE ORDERED THIS GASKET 3 TIMES ALREADY WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE. EACH TIME I'VE RECEIVED IT IT'S 4 INCHES TOO SHORT!!! EACH CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON I DEALT WITH SAID THE PREV GASKET WAS THE WRONG ONE. GUESS WHAT...THIS ONE I JUST RECEIVED IS EVIDENTLY NOT THE RIGHT ONE EITHER!!!! SO I'M HERE WITH A 4 YR OLD DISHWASHER I CAN'T USE STILL!!!!! GRRRRR
