SIMPLE
REMOVE OLD ARM BY TURING THE KNOB LOCATED IN THE CENTER UNDER THE ARM, TURN IT LEFT 1/4 TURN, DONE. LINE-UP NEW ARM KNOB ABOVE THE CENTER HOLE, PRESS AND TURN 1/4 TO THE RIGHT, TA DA!!!

Dishwasher spray arm fits perfect~
Both arms that I received are perfect fit and work fantistic! The reason I had to get two sprayer arms (lower and upper rack) was becuase bits and pieces of coconut got into the sprayer arms which could not all be removed (didn't try compressed air, but anyhoot). I eventually had to open each arm (they are glued together) and clean-out junk.. But by doing this, I introduced another issue: the lower arm cracked and caused 'wave' splashing that leaked out of the front door. Replacing the arms immediatly corrected this and no more leaking occured.

Horrible customer service
Ordered a dishwasher spray arm. Not only received the wrong part once, but twice. Was ultimately told there's nothing that could be done and I need to reorder the part and send the other parts back to receive a refund.
