THE WEBSITE: It was very easy to locate the part, place the order and pay. THE DELIVERY: I was informed the part would arrive within 3 days and it did. INSTALLATIOIN: I had no trouble at all replacing the old damaged vegetable crisper drawer with the new one. My only complaint is that the SEARS drawer rollers were connected with plastic 'axles' that were not very sturdy. A stronger axle could have avoided the need to order the replacement crisper drawer, in my view. Still I am very satisfied. Phil Church

This shelf perfectly replaced the one that originally came with the refrigerator.

Broken guides would have been nice just to order the guides instead of the whole drawer they are just screwed in
