Not to bad to install and parts came fast.
Took a couple hours to install but probably tore apart farther than I had to as didn't know what problem was to begin with. Was pretty simple as used u tube to install and tear apart. Very easy once I knew sequence.

Good quality, needs protection!
While I consider this design to be a fairly major flaw with the Samsung washer, that is more the fault of the designer than of the part. This part, in my opinion, should probably have been stamped out of stainless steel. If that option is just too expensive, the part should have been e-coated with an epoxy overcoat or powder coated to protect the aluminum from harsh chemical water in a washer. If the bearing seal fails even slightly, the harsh water starts to corrode this part until there is literally three or four separate pieces and a lot of aluminum oxide powder floating around your washer. Something should have been done to protect this part from being eaten away by the inevitable leak...

Hours of fun!
Full teardown, old drum support was obliterated and granulated cheapisium metal was spread everywhere like soil. Hardest part was cleaning up, the rest was pretty straightforward but tedius. 10/10 would recommend.
