Install was fairly easy after watching you tube video. The very thin plastic tab that locks the timer in place was either cracked upon receipt or was broken during install. I'm hoping the unit stays in place!

Timer Installation

It was difficult because there was no clear instruction on opening the panel. Assistance from Sears did not help. They sent instructions on how to unscrew panel. U-Tube offered similar advice. Eventually reviewed diagram on Sears web site and noticed clips on either side. Poked screwdriver under each side of panel to release clips. After that it was easy. In related news, box part was sent in was poorly packed. There was no cushioning material. Timer was not damaged, but it sure could have been. Sears should have cushioned part with bubble wrap.
