Cheap and broken.
This controller for my Kenwood washer has 5 tabs that hold it in place and 3 of them were broken when I received it. Two of this appear to have been glued back on by the previous person who returned it. I'm really mad and will be calling to get either a replacement or my money back. Be warned - these parts used to be quality; now they are made in Mexico of sub-par plastic and they are garbage.

The piece for the knob came broken! Replaced the timer on an estate top loader washer.

Fast delivery, easy install, thin plastic
Install was fairly easy after watching you tube video. The very thin plastic tab that locks the timer in place was either cracked upon receipt or was broken during install. I'm hoping the unit stays in place!
