Good product, faulty delivery, but finally got one!
Needed to replace the refrigerator door shelf, other one broke from constant use. The phone order service is dreadful. The "service" recording takes you in hopeless loops so i finally chose "sales"! They switched me to service and stayed on the line till a service person came on so I ordered a new shelf. It would arrive in 20 days. It was smooth, until I received the box from USPS. The box was taped and labeled, and completely empty! YES, EMPTY. No packing, no paperwork, nothing! So Back to the phone, I called, got sales, transferred to service, explained what I got and the nice serviceman said he would credit my order and immediately ship out another shelf to arrive in 20 days. Could not explain what happened, of course. So 2 weeks later, I called again because I never saw my refund to my account. The sweet service rep immediately refunded my order and said my shelf was on the way. She was very swift and efficient. And in 4 more days, the shelf finally arrived and is working out perfectly! Wish I could have seen the process tho, how can a package be sent out empty, with no paperwork, to a customer! Please if you find out, I need to know! It will make me crazy wondering!

It came cracked, then they charged me $8 dollars more to replace it. I'm trying to get a refund on that.
