Perfect replacement for discontinued Sears filter.
The Kenmore filter I've used since 2010 has been discontinued and the LG filter is a perfect match. It installs easily and fits exactly the same. Like the Kenmore filter, the LG filters out more harmful substances than a typical countertop pitcher filter.

The filter fits. The previous owner had left me filters by a different company. Though those were labeled WD-600P, they didn't truly fit and never filtered the water.

It is the subscription program that is confusing. While, several Customer Service-numbers are listed, some are voice messaging only. It took several calls before reaching a live operator.
