Not the right fit for my LG fridge

Make sure you get the right piece. I double and triple checked and still the piece didn't fit my fridge. I had to call LG personally and have them charge me for the correct part. Then I came in here to return these and of course returns aren't accepted.

Found out after installing the door stop. You do not have to take the door off.

Different part, same result.

It was the right part, and worked, but it took me a minute to figure out why it was different (bigger) from the one I was replacing.

It doesn't fit

I ordered the part that parts diagram said we needed. The part arrived and it doesn't fit. It's too big. I tried to call the phone number on the back of the owner's manual but got a recording that the number is no longer in service. So, if you have any ideas on how to get the right part, I'd appreciate hearing them. Maybe a phone number for the parts department would help. Do you have a number for them?

Better than original!

The door stops for the refrigerator had broken and while they probably didn't really have to be replaced I opted to do so. The new door stops appear to be somewhat sturdier than the originals and it took only minutes to install them.

Holds door closed. I guess. Article said it keeps doors from opening too far. One screw on each part. Easy to change.
