Temps high - Evaporator was frozen solid
Freezer and Fridge temps were super high, found the issue when I removed the cover in the freezer and the evaporator was frozen solid. Unplugged the fridge, put some towels down and used a hair dryer to thaw it out while I waited on the new Defrost Heater I ordered. Install was easy and quick and after 5 days since install it seems that was the issue, temps are all back to normal. Sears PartsDirect had the cheapest price for this part.

With a little research it was easy to install.
Defroster was hidden behind a panel in the freezer and was located at the bottom of the evaporator coil. It was a direct fit and was easy to install once it was exposed. So far it's working without issues.

Not sure it's authentic OEM part
Heater died on 20 year old GE fridge and freezer no longer freezing after totally iced up. Bought same part on Amazon for < $15, frost still slowly building up after 2 months, likely totally iced up in half an year.
